Painted Face

Scared eyes with the face's identity masked by paint. This is a very important idea in the book because it is the paint that symbolises the change from civilised behaviour to the more animalistic wild actions later in the book. I used strong contrasts to modernise the look of the book to make it appeal to current teenagers. Also, it reflects the strong feelings with the strong colours.
